Visit / ship samples

Ship substrate coupons for pull testing to the technical center receiving dock. Label packages with project name, target wind-load or fire resistance rating, coating system, and whether the assembly must meet LEED VOC emissions thresholds. Coupons should be large enough for peel (N/100 mm) and dynamic shear specimens; anodized and coil-coated finishes should arrive with mill certificates when available.

For fenestration weatherstrip trials, note the gasket compound and the air permeability target from your mock-up protocol. For HVAC insulation adhesives, include service temperature and jacket material. Prefabricated module builders should mark whether bonds are factory-only or also cover on-site module seams—those paths often need different open times and movement capability.

Send a technical inquiry

Use this form for data packages—not the compact modal used on product cards. Include jurisdiction, assembly type, and whether you need comparative peel/shear tables, installation sequencing, or fire barrier sealant detailing for faster routing. Response notes typically reference the TDS revision date and any substrate limitations discovered during coupon review.
